A ‘Rigged’ Outcome?

Apparently, there is a lot of unknowns here concerning The Green Community Act Action Plan.
One, the Green Community Act is not posted on the City’s website.
Two, the Action Plan is not posted on the City’s website.
Three, there is no information as to who created the Action Plan.
Four, apparently the Action Plan will only be released on February 25th at the Newburyport Library for the first time.
Four, there will be only six (6) days to respond to this ‘Action Plan’ before the big meeting on March 3rd.      We already know the EAC has ‘pooh-poohed’ the problems with GIANT wnd turbines so I can imagine the contents of this unknown Action Plan.     Little time to get editorials out into the paper of record or to respond.
Five, if this whole thing plays out as being full of shenanigans* the Mayor is going to hear about it on March 6th!
Keep in mind, this will use up precious political capital for important issues such as historic preservation and other great projects going on in this city.    It will also be a mess fo the Mayor who has finally the wind-behind-her-wings to get things done on the waterfront and parking issues!     Very inconvenient indeed.       And worse, the Green Community Act will be despoiled and will rob our City of receiving all its benefits.        All over GIANT wind turbines.
