The Hall of Mayors

In a city that has had a chief executive that lasts just two years in office and in which this march of prominent figures extends back to 1851; this certainly gives us a long line of interesting characters to study.      Granted that some had the ability to extend their terms successfully, 68 mayors requires a long line of pictures (of which the City has quite a collection).    I’m not certain there is enough wall space in City Hall to properly display them all!

Doing biographical studies on these historical leaders is going to be mighty fascinating.     The first thought when I read that Ghlee Woodworth was going to have a biographical brochure on the mayors was a simple question.    How thick is this brochure going to be?

Regardless, I can’t wait to get my hands on it even if I have to carry it out in a wheel barrel!
